Damaged shelves

My shelves are damaged the delivery chap took a picture and I have had no contact from the shop as yet, not what we are used to from a shop we purchase from on a regular basis

I do apologise for the delay in responding to your concerns with your shelves. Unfortunately the photos taken by our delivery team did not reach the service department which we think may have been due to technical reasons. I understand our technician has now rectified the problem with your shelves to your satisfaction.
