We apologise for the delay experienced with your order and acknowledge that this was not good service.

We have been in contact with our supplier and they have informed us the problem was due to an increase in usage of the product base unit that they had not predicted. They have now dual sourced these and we are now confident that we are able offer a 4-6 week lead time moving forwards.
