I made enquiries about a dinner set which wasn’t available locally and was directed to a store that had the item as well as an option to collect them. Staff member was very informative and helpful.
Worst store I have ever dealt with. What kind of store gives you no refund or credit note but a “gift card” instead? And does not, in this digital day and age, keep a record of the credit note on...
