A customer support person answers the phone and already has your name etc. Once you identify the program you want they also have your credit card info for the deposit. Very smooth.

The website is well constructed, though the search isn't always as good as it could be. My only suggestions were allowing participants to sign up for optional programs online and also being proactive...
