I have been with Road runner for many years now and have always found them very helpfull and they don't increase premium by much each year I did a check this year and they where still competitive

Over charged. I`m only part time no problems yet my premiums shot.

Yes value the customer and always make a customer feel important. I was told nothing he could do about the premium shooting up and confirmed many others would have been cheaper out there 30% more...

Perceived lack of knowledge... and disappointing customer service/support!

I'm not sure that Road Runner understand the needs of vehicle transport/recovery operators and I'm not confident that they have provided me appropriate cover. Also at the time of my renewal I was...
