Faulty recliner chair

The seller only did what they are trained to do, and sell as much as possible. We paid a lot of money and extras on top for a product that is clearly faulty.

We are very sorry to hear that your riser recliner chair developed a fault with the handset which you reported to us 10 September. Our service manager tried to re-set the handset over the phone without success and has ordered a replacement handset that will be fitted when you return from holiday which should solve the problem. Apologies once again for the fault and inconvenience it has caused.
