We have a good travel rep that we have spoken to a number of times now. She is very helpful and knows how to get bookings done in a timely manner.
We had a hiccup this time and our rep sorted it out...

Easy to navigate
The site was easy to navigate. I simply imputed my travel preferences and there was a lot of options. I especially liked the option of using two different credit cards for payment.

Good with red tag, not so great with Sunwing as we had a $500 gift card from WestJet (the airline flying us) and Sunwing would not honour it, not happy!
