Hi Ben Thank you very much for taking the time to bring this to our attention. I'm so sorry to hear about the delayed in delivery. Looking into this I can see that we despatched your order on the same day you placed it, but that it wasn't delivered by DHL until 2 weeks later. While this was over the Christmas period, that is absolutely not the service DHL promises us, nor the service we promise to our customers. We take pride in the service we offer and regret that we missed the mark here. I have raised this with the Operations team so that they can speak to DHL and find out the reason for the delay and how to avoid it in future.
