Quality Bearings Online Değerlendirmeler

Thank you for your honest feedback, Timothy. Firstly, we are glad to hear you are happy with the quality of the bearings you ordered. I would like to apologise on behalf of Quality Bearings Online for the delay on your order arriving to you. I have investigated this and I can see your order was shipped on the 4th of December with DHL. Your order wasn't delivered until the 18th of December which I understand is a long period of time. I can see that your parcel was forwarded to a third party agent and then faced some delays. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands as we are unable to contact third party agents to get the parcels released. At Quality Bearings Online, we offer a 1-3 day delivery service, which on this occasion I understand was not met. Therefore, I would like to refund the shipping cost on your order. I will notify our accounts team of this and the refund will be processed. This may take up to 7 days to reach your account. I hope this resolves the issue for you, however, if you would like to discuss this further please email me at customerservice@qualitybearingsonine.com

Thank you for your review! It is great to hear you were happy with our shipping and quality. We also appreciate the feedback regarding our packaging. As we ship our orders internationally, we use boxes as it keeps them secured and protected. Our packaging is also recyclable therefore it doesn't cause damage to the environment. Due to the size of your order, we do appreciate this packaging may have seemed excessive and we will take this feedback onboard.

Thank you for your honest review, Greg. We are pleased to hear you were impressed with our quality products and pricing! I have investigated your order and I can see you placed your order on the 7th of November and it was delivered on the 15th of November, which is 6 working days. This is longer than we aim to deliver our parcels, therefore, we would like to apologise for this delay. To make up for this inconvenience, we would like to offer you a 10% discount code to use on your next purchase from us. This will be emailed to you shortly. I hope your next experience with us is more positive!
