Felt like just another pay cheque into their company. No customer service, just a computer says no responses leaving it up to me to find their offer from a year ago in order to get a better deal.

The website doesn't generate errors if there was a problem with payment. I was charged 4 times via on-line payment. eventually completed the payment over the phone. Money was refunded pretty quickly.
