The technician was on time and explained how I could set the timer for a longer period of time since I live alone.
I would highly recommend Puronics!

This time was better. I believe the last time the rep purposely damaged my gaskets to scare me into replacement.

We have had our system for over 10 years now and I still love the smooth skin feel when getting out of the shower. AWESOME!!
Called them to service our system since we had not been using it from last 6-8 months. They quoted flat charge of $250, I agreed to it and appointment was scheduled.

I was told the changing of the filter would take at least an hour or more. It ended up only taking about ten minutes. I feel the price to change the filter is way overpriced.
