Technician that came to my home for repair was very courteous and professional. his name was Mike.
Carmen the person that scheduled my appointment needs to have a lesson in customer service.

We needed to have the filter material changed in our softener unit. Mike was very professional, explained the entire process and helped me understand exactly what he was accomplishing.

Thank you for your feedback! After researching this issue, we found that when the tech turned in his paperwork, the person that entered the results into the system put the part that was used in the system, but didn't zero out the cost. Essentially, a clerical error. We apologize for the inconvenience, and in addition to giving you credit for the part that you shouldn't be charged for, we would like to give you a credit for the service call as well.
