Easy from start to finish. Booking process, information received. Everything went smoothly, which was a relief as I was travelling with my mum who is in her 80’s.

Lovely short break to Guernsey

Clear to book and we had no problems other than our hire car wasn't known about as no booking from CI Direct Holidays on Europa car system but their staff sorted something out for us.
