Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at the Hotel de Havelet but we are sorry that you were disappointed with our representative service in resort. The representative service we offer is designed to be comprehensive yet discreet. Our representatives are happy to provide any assistance required, but are also told to have consideration for the privacy of our clients, some of whom may not wish to use their services. Whilst our representative does not visit all the properties we feature, we do supply their contact details on the welcome leaflet which would have been left at the hotel along with our office number. The office number is also on your holiday itinerary. If no contact is made, our representatives will assume that our clients are enjoying their holiday and do not require assistance. Regarding the pick up times for transfers we advise clients on the welcome leaflet that if they are departing by air they will be collected 2 hours prior to their flight departure.
