Thank you for your feedback. Finding the source of the issue required access into above apartments which was difficult during working hours, out of hours the residents were home and were able to grant us access to trace the problem.

Sustaining service levels during periods of accelerated growth is a challenge for most businesses, most importantly we have learnt from this experience and how best to avoid such issues in the future.
