We always look to learn from mistakes so thank you for your feedback.  We can see you e-mailed at 23:04 on 3rd Jan and we responded on 5th  at 11:42 confirming the contractor would be attending site to attend to the problems with the TV signal.  The contractor did visit site, but they needed to order a part for the aerial to fix it. They returned on the 11th Jan with the part to complete the repair.  We can see that we did not communicate to you that the contractor had to obtain a part and that would cause a delay.  Clearly this was important to communicate and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are glad your TV signal is now back to normal and your experience with Steven was pleasant.
