Pond Keeper Değerlendirmeler

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We usually don't include any paperwork in the packaging as we are trying to reduce our paper usage as much as possible. The issue you're having with the adaptors has never come up before - are you able to send images to demonstrate this? I can see that you emailed your query into us at 11:01am today, and received a reply from my colleague Alexis at 11:44am. Thanks, Laurie

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with the results so far. I can see your order was placed around 10 days ago. While I understand it's frustrating to still have green water, treatments like this often need more time to work, particularly if the pond has a heavy algae bloom or elevated nutrient levels. Factors such as filtration, pond size, sunlight, and overall water quality can all affect how quickly you'll see results. We'd be more than happy to help work out what's going on with your pond and advise on the best way to get the treatment working as effectively as possible. Please get in touch with the team and let us know a bit more about your pond setup, we'll do my best to help you get it cleared up. Best wishes, Laurie
