Pond Keeper Değerlendirmeler

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. The pump included in this kit isn't a fountain pump, so you're right in saying it cannot run a fountain. The power cable for the pump is 10m, and the cable for the filter is 3m, both are listed on the item description. I am not too sure what you mean by "won’t pump water to filter if it’s above pond" - this is a pressurised system and is capable of working when the filter is installed above the pond as this is how the majority of ponds are set-up. If you think you have a faulty item please get in touch with our team on 01642 370888. Thanks, Laurie
