Pond Keeper Değerlendirmeler

Good afternoon Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am sorry to hear the decoy heron did not work as hoped. Deterrents can vary in effectiveness depending on the behaviour of local wildlife and how established the heron activity is in the area. Moving the decoy regularly, as you did, is normally recommended to help maintain effectiveness. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the product did not meet your expectations. Best wishes, Laurie

Hello Daniel, I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your fish, please accept our apologies. Pond protection rings are intended to act as a deterrent and help reduce access around the pond edge, but unfortunately no deterrent system can guarantee complete protection in all situations, particularly with persistent herons. I appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration, especially after experiencing further losses. In some cases, as you have found, a full pond cover or net can provide a higher level of protection for heavily targeted ponds. Best wishes, Laurie

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the repair kit. As noted in the listing instructions, the pond does need to be drained and the repair area kept as clean as possible to allow the adhesive tape to bond correctly and create a watertight seal. There are other adhesives available on our website that do not require this level of prep, such as CT-1. We are always available to advise on the best product for your application! Best wishes, Laurie
