We normally closely monitor the activity of our craftsman to ensure that we have adequate cover. However, in the case of your order this was not done correctly, which led to an unacceptable delay. Please be assured that we are actively looking to recruit craftsman in your area to help ensure that this circumstance does not reoccur in the future. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
