Smoothed away a headache
So attentive in every way. Had to find an acceptable match and they worked so hard to do so. Process was good and the delivery went well. Now installed and decorated. Looks great.

When they delivered my ceiling roses they put them on our dining room table which, due to the moisture content in the roses, ruined it. They didn’t accept any responsibility even though it was one...

Thankyou for your feedback. We have never experienced this before in 10 years of trading - since this feedback we now advise all customers in writing as well as verbally that all decorative plaster products have a small moisture content and should not be left for long periods of time on innappropriate surfaces. Thanks again for helping us improve our customer service.
