Although booking was straight forward and the site easy to use. I was quite concerned after receiving an e-mail from the site we had booked stating they had a booking but no idea what for or when....

I found the site really easy to use & will use again. I did have a mix up with them regarding whether or not the site were aware of booking. It turns out they were and all was well. They just needed to know if I were in tent, van etc... & what size as I had not confirmed this. Really good communication between site, pitch up & myself.

I made a booking pitchup took my deposit and said I had £5.95 left to pay…
I made a booking pitchup took my deposit and said I had £5.95 left to pay I then get an email from the campsite to say I in fact owe £30.95! Not happy at all. My friends have also booked this site...

Sorry to hear about this problem. Prices on Pitchup.com are entered by the campsite who have direct access to our system, so we have contacted the campsite to find out what's gone wrong here and will update this thread. Pitchup.com

The issue I had in relation to the booking was no fault of Pitchup rather the campsite I was booking through them. Pitchup dealt with the issue brilliantly and kept me fully updated throughout and resolved the problem. I would not hesitate to use their service again and highly recommend them.
