Good site, should make it clear to buyer that the deposit is not going to the campsite and that the campsite will need a further deposit paid. Also need to list EHU as one of the criteria to choose...

Thank you for your feedback. Campsites and parks set their own pricing on Pitchup.com, the deposit is payable to Pitchup.com (as specified on the booking page), which serves as part payment on your holiday. The remaining balance payment is to be paid direct to the campsite/holiday park. No further deposit is required by the site/park, we will investigate with this park why you have been informed that another deposit is required. Thank you for reporting this to us. We are working on adding more specific 'pitch type' filters to our website. Pitchup.com

Thank you for your feedback. Campsites and holiday parks determine their own policy regarding the rest of the balance payment and how and when they contact the customer for this, if they decide to collect the remaining balance prior to arrival. In the case of this park, balance is paid upon arrival, as stated on the policies section of the listing, on the booking page and on the booking confirmation. We hope you enjoy your holiday.
