It is a very good website apart from it was a little confusing when u went to book somewhere and it said put the unit and size but did not say if it should be in feet or metres so took me a while to...

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad to hear you found Pitchup.com a good site to use. Unit sizes can be specified in any unit the guest wishes (e.g. small two-man tent, 13ft caravan). We try to present important information, particularly that about payment, on Pitchup.com as clearly as possible. Each campsite or holiday park sets their own individual policies regarding how they wish the rest of the balance to be paid, however we are currently working on a full payment option which will be available soon.
