I would definitely recommend Pictory. It is easy and intuitive to use. The videos it creates look professional and the customer service is good.

Great Value for the Money
Pictory is very easy to use as a beginner with no video knowledge. Questions are answered promptly if they fall outside the self help menu. It is priced reasonably.
