We are really sorry that you felt you had to write this review when we feel that we couldn't have been more helpful in this situation. We send out hundreds of frames every day and occasionally the frames do arrive damaged through no fault of our own. We stringently test our packaging but sometimes the way they are handled by the couriers is unacceptable and they do arrive damaged. This damage isn't always immediately obvious especially if they have been dropped on the corners. We did offer to replace your frames but you chose to have a refund instead which we processed straight away. We do have many 5 star reviews on our products and it is unfortunate that you were not happy on this occasion. The PF&A Team
