Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your delivery was not complete as expected. We do dispatch orders for smaller medication in standardised letterbox parcels, the tracking option we use is not a live tracker and only updates when a delivery is attempted. There have been some delays in recent weeks with Royal Mail also which likely affected your order timescale. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards.
