Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. If no one is available to accept the parcel at the stated delivery address, then ideally a neighbour should be attempted. However the would depend on the delivery officer and also the method of delivery used. Some delivery officers may not leave a parcel that has been dispatched as a signed for service with a neighbour.
