Easy process but delivery needs to be better

Ordering process was great and very easy. Problem with Royal Mail delivering though. Took 10days to arrive and didn’t get informed till I called.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am please to hear you are happy with the service; but I am sorry to hear your delivery was delayed with Royal Mail. I have checked the tracking reference and it shows that the parcel was delayed at the local delivery office for around 6 days. Our usual delivery timescale is around 2-3 working days, so the delay exceeded our standard service level agreement, please accept my apologies for this.
