I have felt supported and understood from the very start. I was able to chat online, and then by phone, to my contact and he answered all my questions. The follow up by email has been excellent

Excellent considering staff
From the moment I contacted Payplan I felt I was in safe hands the staff were absolutely clear what they were doing what the needed me to do, which East’s lot other than be honest

Smooth. Better than expected
Received help from Payplan, when I needed. Looks like their system is working as intended, without problems. My account was set up straight after we finished talk about my circumstances.
