The service is the best I have ever used online.
They have never let me down. I use to send 12 parcels from EU and never had a single failed collection. Hats off to the team.

Great service always. Boxes leave Aberdeen Monday and arrive central France Wed...door to door. Used them for years and never been let down. Highly recommend them

Hi John, many thanks for taking the time to get in touch with your feedback, it's very much appreciated. As far as i can see from all the details, your shipment was dropped off on 27/11 in Canada, a day early and was signed for by THOMAS on 29/11 in the UK. I can't see any issues with the shipment, nor any sign of the parcel being returned to the depot or dropped off at an Access Point for the recipient to collect. If however no one is at home, it's normal practice for UPS now to drop the goods into the nearest Access Point. Are you perhaps thinking of a different shipment with a different company? This shipment seems to have gone as planned and you received the service you paid for. We do hope you'll use us again in future, as we work with the leading carriers in the industry and are always happy to speak on the phone should you have any concerns or questions.
