Packt - Easy and instant delivery. Knowlede at your hand when you need it.
Easy and without any 'hassle'. Ordering was easy and access to my ordered product almost in 'real time'

Overall feelings
I'll buy again, the only small improvement I'd ask is : for pre orders it's hard to know which book have been released when you buy many. No title is given in the notification.

Hi Jerome, We appreciate your feedback and thank you for giving us an opportunity to correct the problem and to meet your expectations. Our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your order issue with Packt. We would like to inform whenever we come across this situation, where our books are not printed correctly or if there is any damage to the books during shipment. As per policy we need to contact our printers with screenshot of the damaged order, so that they can send replacement. However, the delay in this case was because, we were experiencing some technical problem with our mail server receiving customer’s email and hence you received the replacement book late.
