Ordering took too much time
Website was very slow, or even did not work for placing an order. I got the wrong product. I had to write two times for correcting the fault.

Great book with useful information

Good services, User Feedback is a bit iffy
I really enjoyed Pact Publishing's services. I only wished that their order-tracker was a bit more complex (I have my books here, it still just says they are shipped. I wish it said it arrived).
