Efficient competitive service
Renewal documents sent out early at a competitive price. I couldn’t get the online renewal to work but they called back promptly and sorted it out quickly.

Seems to have declined
Person was friendly - ish, I but didn't solve the problem and didn't call back when agreed. Customer service was fairly poor on that occasion, much better previously.
