Online Pound Store Değerlendirmeler

Hi, We are truly sorry that your first experience with us was impacted by a courier error. While we did everything we could to resolve this immediately by issuing a full refund within minutes of your message, I understand how disappointing it is not to receive your items. Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the delivery network, but we take full responsibility for ensuring our customers aren't out of pocket when they let us down. We would have loved the chance to show you our actual products, and we hope you might give us another try in the future now that the refund is safely with you. Kind regards, OPS

Hi, I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the size of your items. We aim to be as transparent as possible by including the exact weights and measurements (e.g., ml, grams, or dimensions) in every product title and description. We use these standard manufacturer sizes so our customers know exactly what they are ordering before they reach checkout. If you feel any specific item was incorrectly described, please do reach out to our team at info@onlinepoundstore.co.uk or call us on 0161 817 5113, as we’d be happy to look into it for you. Kind regards, OPS
