Online Pound Store Değerlendirmeler

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, and I am really sorry for the disappointment caused! I completely understand your frustration; nobody wants to pay more for delivery than the actual items in their basket, especially when the main reason for your order was out of stock. We do try to keep our online stock levels as real-time as possible, but occasionally a high-demand item like the Asevi Colania range sells out before the website updates. That’s entirely on us, and we are actively working on improving our stock system to stop this from happening. Since you wouldn't have placed the order for those extra items on their own, please reach out to us directly at info@onlinepoundstore.co.uk with your order number. We’d be more than happy to refund the delivery fee for you to make things right. Thank you again for your honest feedback, as it helps us improve! Kind regards, OPS

Hi Julia Great to hear your branded items arrived in brand-new condition the very next day! We work hard to keep our product prices as low as possible to help balance out those delivery costs. Cheers, OPS
