While courier losses are out of our direct hands once parcels leave our warehouse, a 12-day wait without the items you ordered is completely unacceptable. As confirmed in our emails, I have processed a full refund for your order. We are actively investigating this failure with Evri's management team, as this is nowhere near the standard of service we expect for our customers.
