As part of this process, samples were checked against the flooring supplied and confirmed that the correct product and colour ordered had been delivered. On initial review, the flooring appeared a different shade when compared to the imagery on our product page and the flooring as laid in your space. We do appreciate that natural lighting and different environments can significantly affect how flooring appears once installed, which can lead to differences compared to expectations formed from website imagery. In this case, when viewed in lower natural light, the flooring presented a deeper tone more in line with the expected finish. We offer a free sample service, which we strongly encourage customers to use so they can see and feel the product in advance, including its colour, texture, and quality, before placing an order. We also advise all customers to inspect the flooring before installation, as this allows any concerns to be resolved quickly. Once flooring has been fitted, available options are more limited, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. We remain in direct contact and are committed to working towards a fair resolution.
