Thank you for your feedback. The Dams Vantage 100 chair is a very popular choice due its lumbar support and exceptional value. I am sorry to hear that you are not getting on well with your new chair due to the seat leaning forwards and the cushioning. The waterfall seat combined with the back adjustment should help you sit at an angle which provides lumbar support. To improve the comfort of the chair, I would potentially suggest locking the back rake tilt in place to ensure that slipping forward is prevented and adding arm rests to give additional support. We do not actually sell the separate arm rests, however we can certainly assist you in obtaining them.
