Unfortunately due to miscommunication from our suppliers your chair was marked as dispatched which is assumed that it is on its way and not flagged as an issue until a customer says otherwise, we are very sorry for this and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that your chairs were delivered unexpectedly too soon. Stock was available for your chair to be delivered much quicker than usual. I have checked and the courier DHL did send tracking information to let you know that delivery was due to take place 2 days before it was out for delivery and they do allow you to move your delivery and put you in control of when your deliveries are made. If you didn't receive tracking or it wasn't available to move the dates, please do let us know and we can look into this for you.
