As you know, as a start-up company, we are working hard to give our customers the best experience, but sometimes situations like unmatched preferences and needs occur along the way. That is why we do have a 2 weeks return and exchange policy. In case you don't like the watch, it is possible to return or exchange it with another size, colour or even model, however you prefer.
