The watch itself so far has been great. I enjoy the look and simplicity of the watch and band. I also appreciate that some of the proceeds is donated to charity.

I would recommend buying from Nordgreen. Great quality watch. It took a while to ship, but I don't believe that is the fault of the company.

Therefore, if you could take a second to respond why we were unable to live up to your expectations that would be highly appreciated and valuable in order for us to improve in the future.

Efficient and helpful. While mailing the return internationally was a serious pain in the neck, Nordgreen made it as easy as possible and they were responsive and efficient in handling the exchange

The picture of the watch was magnified, so the date field does look bigger than it is.

We are really sorry that you felt that the date calendar did not lived up to your expectations. It was obviously not our intention, thus we are very sorry that it is too small for you. We will listen to your feedback very carefully, hence appreciate that you took your precious time to leave us some feedback as only with it we can improve in the future.
Alternatively, you are very welcome to exchange Philosopher 36mm to the 40mm where its date calendar is respectively larger. We do offer free exchanges while covering both return and new shipment costs, thus you are more than welcome to try such kind of the alternative, if interested :-)
