Hi there, thanks for the feedback on our service. We're sorry to hear it wasn't a great fit on the shirt, and are more than happy to exchange it for another size so please get in touch if this is the case. All our shirts come with different sleeze sizes so it really depends as a 16.5" collar has multiple sleeze sizes. It is very unfortunate the experience you had with trying to return your item. We follow-up with every return request by sending a returns label, as we note you received this. We do offer free returns and we ask that customers currently have to print at home to avoid wasted paper sending returns labels that do not get used frequently. We have taken your feedback into account and do advise to visit a Delivery office as oppose to a post office as we discussed with you. It is unusual for them not to accept them but we're sorry that was the case. This is something we're fixing currently overall and will have it smoothed out soon enough! We will try to contact you to make it up to you as unfortunately deliveries aren't always in our hands but we want to make it right.
