I am not sure how to check my order status and there is not update from the vendor on my order status. So far I have not received my order. I need any update on my order

Hi your order was dispatched on 22 June the day after you placed it. Confirmation e-mail with tracking No was sent on 22 June, please check your junk mail. Have checked with customer services and we have not received any e-mail or call from you requesting any further information or update and your order was delivered on 29 June . If not received please e-mail customer services at info@cricketsupplies.com

I got the delivery yesterday evening and matches with the ordered size, and noticed that the size of the cricket dress I ordered is over sized and need to send it back for refund so that I wanted to order different brand at your website. When I checked the price with the FedEx that gave a quote of $200 and the product I bought is $90. Is there a way I can ship it back at lesser cost please advice as I wanted to order smaller size in different brand.
