We're really sorry about the late notification of the withdrawal of the sofa bed. This was done due to changes to fire legislation in holiday accommodation. We're aware the team did everything they could to find alternative arrangements for your stay.

This was the first time we had rented a National Trust property. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything was of a high standard and was equipt with everything we needed.

We have just checked your booking confirmation and it does state, in two places, that linen is provided. We don't provide linen for travel cots - we wonder if this is where there is where the misunderstanding was.

Thank you for your review. We will ask our colleagues to revisit the booking confirmation to see what can be done to make the barrier code clearer.
The requirement to confirm the bookings is set into the booking system. We have fed this back to the supplier but, unfortunately, there is no quick fix as this system is used by a number of providers.
