The booking system was straightforward with no hidden catches or additional sales patter (e.g. book an insurance). Additional contact information was also clear.

Thank you for your review. We're pleased the booking process was straightforward. There is a map on the website page and information about local properties in the booking confirmation. Once you get to the cottage, there is a welcome folder with lots of ideas of what to do locally. We're sorry the OS map was missing at the cottage and have asked the local team to action a replacement.
