Service was good, although Mark was a bit over enthusiastic at times. By that I mean his timelines/enthusiasm to get the booking were quicker than my ability to decide and get organised.

Great holiday package.
Good variety of cruises and packages to choose from. Simple way to make a booking and I had a great interaction with Jamie, she was very helpful with my booking. Also friendly and prompt with replies.
