Poor Service and Poor Value for Money

We no longer feel we get either good service or value for money. A shame really as we've used Mundy for some time and feel quite let down.

My concern was that on the brochure there was indicated All Inclusive including port taxes. When made an enquiry I was informed that port tax are charged separately but still was within the price...
