We always endeavour to make sure our guest’s journey is as comfortable as possible and wish to apologise that you were seated across the aisle for the rail portion of your travel, we have amended our procedures to ensure this does not happen in future. Sorry also that we were unable to offer a direct flight from your preferred regional airport. We are limited with the airlines we work with and so are unable to book low-cost airlines or those operated by package tour operators.
