Hello there. Thanks for taking the time to contact us. We're sorry to hear that the Qualcast Elan is not performing as per expectation. We have sold a lot of these machines with no problems. We would like to help resolve this issue. Please could you call our technical advisor, John Hall, on 01522 690005 and he will try to find out why the machine is not working properly.
